Manager - Earth Observation

About the role

We are seeking a highly‑motivated, technically‑oriented Manager to lead our Earth Observation consulting practice. The role combines market analysis, business case development and project coordination for commercial and institutional clients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to shape strategy and drive growth in the EO sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and produce intelligence reports on Earth Observation demand across sectors such as agriculture, defence, maritime and finance.
• Analyse value chains, benchmark satellite payloads and develop go‑to‑market strategies for clients.
• Lead consulting assignments including strategic market analyses, business case assessments, due‑diligence and socio‑economic impact studies.
• Coordinate proposal development and support business development activities at international conferences.
• Contribute to the EO practice management through strategy definition, recruitment and cross‑country team coordination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in the space sector, preferably with knowledge of Earth Observation, remote sensing or related applications.
• Strong consulting skill‑set: problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis, advanced writing and presentation abilities.
• Fast learner, organised, meticulous and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• EU citizenship or permanent EU residence/work permit and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
