Insurance Legal Intern (Regulatory & Compliance)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance, combining coverage, prevention, and care into a seamless experience. As an Insurance Legal Intern, you will join the Insurance Legal and Compliance team to support regulatory monitoring and legal analysis, gaining hands‑on exposure to real‑world insurance law challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments (ACPR, legislation, case law) and produce clear, actionable summaries for non‑legal teams.
• Provide first‑level legal analysis to operational teams such as Care, Ops, Sales, and Product.
• Maintain and enrich internal playbooks, regulatory summaries, and legal templates.
• Conduct ad‑hoc legal analyses on topics like CCN compliance, the Évin Act, duty of advice, and portability.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master 2 program in Insurance Law or Social Protection Law.
• Strong foundation in group insurance and social protection regulations.
• Excellent written communication: concise, conclusion‑driven, jargon‑free.
• Curious and proactive, able to research independently and ask pertinent questions.

Required skills

• Legal research and regulatory monitoring.
• Clear legal writing for non‑legal audiences.
• Basic understanding of French insurance law and social protection statutes.
