Head of South-East Region (France)

About the role

Ussunday is seeking a Head of South-East Region to own commercial performance and drive net revenue growth across the South‑East of France. You will build and scale a regional sales and account‑management organisation, act as the voice of the territory within the company, and ensure that the product delivers value to restaurateurs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, structure and lead a regional commercial team, including field‑based or Paris‑based sales professionals.
• Set clear targets, monitor pipeline, and ensure consistent quota attainment.
• Build and manage an Account Management team focused on onboarding, upsell, retention and churn reduction.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with restaurant partners in the region.
• Provide market insights to Product, Tech, RevOps and Pricing teams.
• Adapt commercial strategy to local customer types, culture and go‑to‑market channels.
• Define and track OKRs, run weekly and pipeline reviews, and deliver data‑driven reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Sales and/or Account Management teams.
• Ability to build organisational structures from scratch and scale them.
• Strong analytical capabilities for pipeline management, forecasting and KPI ownership.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands‑on mindset.
• Experience in restaurants, food‑tech, hospitality or SaaS is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
