Engineering Test Specialist

About the role

Robeauté is building the first microrobotic platform for brain therapies. The Engineering Test Specialist will support product development by executing engineering and verification tests on our robotic medical devices in a laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integration, characterization, and verification tests following approved protocols and engineering instructions.
• Assemble test setups using laboratory fixtures, instrumentation, and engineering prototypes.
• Operate robotic systems, sensors, cameras, motion platforms, and data‑acquisition tools safely and consistently.
• Record observations, report anomalies promptly, and maintain traceable test documentation.
• Collect, organize, and verify test data; prepare detailed test reports summarizing objectives, execution, deviations, and results.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support calibration activities.
• Assemble engineering prototypes and test articles according to drawings and procedures.
• Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Test Infrastructure engineers to ensure test benches operate correctly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in laboratory testing of complex hardware or robotic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality and safety procedures.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate test results clearly.
