EMEA Financial Controller

About the role

As a member of the finance team covering the EMEA region, the Financial Controller will act as a central hub for financial and business communication. The role requires delivering reliable financial information, supporting multi‑disciplinary projects and helping the business understand country‑specific realities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee direct markets and ensure a consolidated financial view of joint‑ventures and partners across EMEA.
• Coordinate financial communication between markets and the regional finance team.
• Manage and maintain financial models for all markets.
• Lead the area’s financial closing process, delivering timely P&L, working capital and volume reports.
• Prepare and support monthly business reviews for management.
• Analyze performance, challenge budget variances and provide recommendations.
• Harmonise financial reporting for closing and forecasts.
• Control partner business: forecast, budget, volume submissions and alignment with supply and sales teams.
• Oversee regional office controlling, collaborating with commercial, marketing and HR teams.
• Monitor S&OP, inventory, investment projects, store openings and refits.
• Perform ad‑hoc simulations, sensitivity analyses and support operational teams.
• Drive process improvements and identified projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or related field.
• More than 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar finance role within a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in the fashion industry.
• Proven ability to deliver rigorous, accurate financial information.
• Team‑oriented attitude and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
