Education Centre Director – Annecy

About the role

Boundless Life is launching its newest Education Centre in Annecy and needs a hands‑on leader to set up the site, build relationships with local partners, and welcome the first families. After the launch, the role shifts to leading a team of educators, ensuring the Boundless curriculum is delivered with quality and presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of educators through regular observations, 1:1 meetings and performance feedback.
• Ensure the global Boundless curriculum is implemented consistently, adapting project‑based and place‑based learning to the Annecy context.
• Act as the trusted point of contact for families, handling concerns and supporting admissions.
• Support the centre opening: coordinate vendors, set up furniture, manage logistics and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations such as staff administration, event planning, catering, and facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing educators, including conducting observations and performance conversations.
• Deep understanding of curriculum implementation, project‑based learning and place‑based education.
• Comfortable building a new centre from scratch and thriving in fast‑moving, non‑traditional environments.
• Excellent communication skills with families, able to resolve concerns independently.
• Background in experiential education, educational startups, camps, or international schools.
