Director of Strategic Accounts – AI Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead the expansion of its AI data solutions portfolio across Fortune 500 enterprises in Europe. This senior relationship‑development position blends high‑level consultative selling with deep knowledge of AI, machine learning and data services, enabling clients to accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high‑value strategic accounts, consistently exceeding annual revenue targets.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding clients through AI data collection, annotation, generative AI, and LLM fine‑tuning processes.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to ensure seamless hand‑over from sales to delivery.
• Shape market approach and go‑to‑market strategies in a hyper‑growth environment.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with C‑level stakeholders such as Chief Data Officers and AI Researchers.

Required profile

• Proven success in enterprise‑level sales within the AI, machine‑learning or data‑services landscape.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and managing complex procurement cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to articulate technical concepts to senior executives.
• High integrity, service‑orientation and a collaborative mindset.
