Data Engineer

About the role

Alan is building a data‑driven prevention insurance platform and needs a Data Engineer to strengthen its data foundations. You will join the Data Foundations team, working on the core data platform that powers decisions for members, contracts and claims across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Provide reliable and secure access to the data warehouse for internal users and AI agents.
• Strengthen security, governance and data‑quality practices across the organization.
• Define and implement standard data practices and tooling.
• Maintain and evolve core data infrastructure to support rapid international expansion.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience working in fast‑growing, cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
