Customer Success Manager

About the role

Shine, a European fintech unicorn, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help entrepreneurs and small‑business owners unlock the full potential of the Shine platform. You will work closely with customers, guiding them through product adoption, subscription upgrades, and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Drive expansion by advising customers on the most suitable subscription tiers and ensuring they maximize the Shine ecosystem.
• Protect relationships by detecting early risk signals and leading proactive retention and win‑back outreach.
• Cross‑sell purposefully, introducing secondary Shine products to deliver the full value of the all‑in‑one platform.
• Engage customers via phone, email, and chat, logging every interaction in the CRM.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing frontline insights with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.

Required profile

• Natural drive and empathy – enjoys phone conversations, listens more than speaks, and shows resilience.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach tools and outbound call pipelines.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on proactive churn prevention.
