Customer Analytics Intern

About the role

Join Free2move's Analytics & Data Science team in Paris as a Customer Analytics Intern. You will support the analysis of customer behaviour across the company's mobility services, helping to turn data into actionable insights for product and marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning and preparing customer data from multiple sources.
• Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports that track key performance indicators.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to develop predictive models and segmentation studies.
• Prepare concise presentations summarising findings for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in customer behaviour and mobility services.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
