Communications Assistant

About the role

The FATF Secretariat is looking for a dynamic Communications Assistant to support its Communications team. Reporting to the Strategic Communications and Media Relations Manager, the role will involve preparing publications, maintaining the FATF website, creating digital content for social media, and assisting with high‑profile events and media engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format content for publication, ensuring compliance with FATF and OECD standards.
• Update and maintain the FATF website.
• Develop and design engaging digital content for social‑media campaigns.
• Support publication launches, webinars, events and media briefings.
• Manage media directories and process media enquiries.
• Contribute to impact monitoring and analysis of web and social‑media performance.
• Assist in creating online communications guidelines and documenting processes.
• Provide administrative support, including procurement of tools and coordination with the IT team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in an international, multi‑cultural environment.
• Ability to handle high‑visibility publications, events and media interactions.
