Care Operations Lead

About the role

Alan is seeking a passionate leader to join its Care Operations team. You will help shape a member‑centric healthcare experience that combines insurance, public and private care while scaling automation and AI‑driven support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume member conversations, maintaining quality while increasing automation beyond the current 40% benchmark.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and external partners in France and Spain to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive the implementation of AI tools to boost productivity of internal experts and external agents.
• Support the scaling of the Care Ops organization to serve up to 3 million members with a lean expert team.
• Promote radical transparency and distributed ownership across the team.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions and deliver results.
• Comfort with fast‑moving, data‑driven environments and willingness to take calculated risks.
• Excellent communication skills to work asynchronously across distributed teams.
