Business Developer - Spanish Market

About the role

We are a fast‑growing RetailTech scale‑up that helps e‑commerce merchants avoid stockouts by sharing real‑time inventory via APIs. As a Business Developer focused on the Spanish market, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, building a dual‑sided network of retailers and suppliers across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect top Spanish retailers and marketplaces across sectors such as fashion, electronics and pharma.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outbound outreach, discovery calls, product demos and closing strategic deals.
• Maintain a high‑performing pipeline with a strong hunter mindset.
• Educate C‑level decision makers on our technical solution, including API integrations and data flows.
• Collaborate with Partner Success and Operations teams to refine the go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English.
• 2‑4 years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of intensive prospecting and closing complex sales cycles.
• Direct experience with the Spanish market or in an international startup.
