Business Controller (H/F)

About the role

As a Business Controller reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support several subsidiaries of the group. You will ensure accurate monthly financial closing and provide analytical insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing processes for assigned entities, including cut‑off entries and preparation of analytical profit & loss statements.
• Prepare balance sheets in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Produce variance analyses and financial dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional experience in financial controlling or accounting, preferably within a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
