About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated medical promotion officer to support the launch and growth of obesity and diabetes products in the Île‑de‑France region. You will act as the primary point of contact for pharmacies and other health professionals, delivering accurate product information and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Present the laboratory’s products to healthcare professionals in line with the approved communication strategy.
• Identify the needs of each interlocutor and provide tailored, compliant information respecting the marketing authorization.
• Deliver clear, regulatory‑compliant promotional messages and report any pharmacovigilance or misuse cases within 24 hours.
• Analyze the health environment and care pathways in your territory.
• Organise professional meetings, attend regional or national congresses, and maintain a robust CRM record.
• Develop and execute a sector‑specific action plan, monitor commercial KPIs, and report results to the Regional Director.

Required profile

• Mandatory medical visit diploma.
• Minimum five years of experience in pharmaceutical promotional information.
• Proven experience launching new networks or markets.
• Significant experience interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Valid driving licence (category B).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of drug promotion regulations and market access.
• Ability to interpret scientific data and present it clearly.
• Excellent relational and listening skills.
