About the role

CGC Invest, an investment firm with multiple majority and minority stakes, is looking for a Management Assistant to support its subsidiaries. The position is based in Paris and is offered on a permanent (CDI) basis. The role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a BTS in Management who wants to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial support to various subsidiary teams.
• Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial statements.
• Coordinate internal communications and schedule meetings.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support project tracking and follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a BTS Gestion or equivalent management program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken French; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
