Account Manager – TikTok Shop (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive the growth of TikTok Shop’s FMCG category in France. Based in our Paris office, you will work closely with merchants, creators and internal teams to build a vibrant e‑commerce ecosystem on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Map the e‑commerce category and sub‑category landscape in France and prioritize segments for development.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and road‑maps for each sub‑category, coordinating long‑tail partner acquisition.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify, onboard and nurture new merchants, providing business model recommendations, creator affiliation and education.
• Develop mid‑ and long‑term account plans to help partners grow sustainably on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to create compelling content for partners.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Propose and implement initiatives that enhance TikTok Shop’s competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the French e‑commerce market, consumer trends and mobile transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with logical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in English and French.
