Account Manager – Home & Living (TikTok Shop)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s Paris team. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling high‑potential Home and Living merchants, helping them grow through TikTok’s unique social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and educate strategic Home & Living merchants across France.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data‑driven experimentation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
• Analyse market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects that contribute to the broader TikTok Shop ecosystem.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the Home & Living market and creator ecosystem in France (and ideally Europe, UK, US).
• Fluent in English and French.
