About the role

Fresha is looking for an Account Manager based in Paris to drive commercial growth and strengthen relationships with our beauty and wellness partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners adopt our AI‑powered platform and maximize revenue through the marketplace and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to monetisation, revenue growth and partner adoption.
  • Introduce, educate and convert partners to Fresha’s payments and marketplace solutions.
  • Optimize partner listings and availability to improve conversion rates.
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a portfolio of partners, guiding them through product adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure smooth partner transitions and provide feedback for product enhancements.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand partner needs and drive cross‑selling.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account Management or commercial role delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
