Account Executive (Small Businesses)

About the role
Alan is looking for an Account Executive to join its Small Businesses team in Paris. You will focus on French companies with 10‑30 employees in tech, consulting and business services, helping them adopt Alan’s prevention‑focused health insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Deliver product demos and guide prospects through the evaluation process.
- Apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling methodology to educate and tailor solutions.
- Contribute feedback to product evolution and sales strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling the entire sales cycle.
- Fluent French (C2 level) and strong English communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow‑up abilities.
- Empathetic and able to understand customer needs.
