Academic Program Coordinator – International Bachelor I-BE³

About the role

MINES Paris – PSL is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day administration of the International Bachelor of Environmentally Engaged Engineering (I‑BE³). Reporting to the Director of Studies, the coordinator will ensure smooth academic operations for this English‑taught, interdisciplinary program based in Sophia Antipolis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain student administrative records and monitor academic progress.
• Organise timetables, examinations and continuous assessment activities.
• Track attendance and keep academic information up to date.
• Serve as the primary contact for students on routine administrative matters.
• Support onboarding and administrative follow‑up for international students.
• Coordinate practical aspects of course scheduling and communication with faculty.
• Provide organisational support for semester projects and tutoring activities.
• Assist in collecting course evaluations and student feedback.
• Update academic documents, schedules and internal administrative tools.
• Occasionally support events, admissions, communication and partnership activities related to the Bachelor program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in administration, education or a related field.
• First experience in administration, coordination or student services; higher‑education experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
