Union Relations Lead (Paritarisme Director)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a senior professional to lead its relationships with French unions and the broader paritariste ecosystem. The Union Relations Lead will act as the trusted interlocutor for social partners, supporting the Enterprise and Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with unions, federations and paritariste institutions at confederal, federal and branch levels.
• Map the French social partner ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors and design an engagement strategy aligned with Alan’s business objectives.
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congresses and paritariste boards where sector policies are discussed.
• Collaborate directly with founders, Public Affairs, and Enterprise leadership to shape and execute the union relations strategy.
• Ensure Alan is recognized as a credible and consistent voice within the French social partner community.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with French unions, federations or paritariste institutions.
• Strong network within the French social partner ecosystem, including CFDT, FO and employer organisations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to design and own a new partnership playbook.
