Technicien Maintenance Ascenseurs H/F – Avignon

About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, safety and performance of elevators for DELTA Ascenseurs in Avignon. The role combines on‑site customer interaction, technical service work and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication (call‑out ETA, job performed, etc.).
• Perform accurate real‑time back‑reporting of work at equipment level to keep e‑Optimum and Customer Notification up to date.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons and end‑users on site, adopting an ambassador attitude.
• Guarantee equipment safety and performance, managing site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks, communicate them to supervisor and take immediate action following escalation procedures.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned service repairs within schedule and quality standards.
• Manage proximity stock, request spare parts and keep service tools, van and instruments in good condition.
• Submit timesheets, raise sales leads and contribute feedback for product and safety improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to communicate clearly on‑site.
• Proven ability to identify risks, follow safety instructions and act according to escalation procedures.
• Capability to plan workload in coordination with a service supervisor and to report work precisely.
• Familiarity with lift technology and willingness to attend training sessions.
