Tax Manager

About the role

Stellantis is expanding its French Tax Team and is looking for a Tax Manager to lead the management of French and international tax matters. Reporting to the Head of Tax for France, you will be responsible for the autonomous tax management of French entities and support the group’s tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all French tax obligations for the company’s entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Provide tax expertise, advice and analysis for operations in France and abroad.
• Participate in restructuring, acquisitions, disposals and partnership transactions.
• Support operational and accounting teams on French tax issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and tax forecasts.
• Manage the tax consolidation regime and operate the tax reporting tool.
• Analyze current and deferred tax liabilities in collaboration with the consolidation team.
• Act as the primary contact for auditors during the closing process.
• Monitor tax developments, draft informational notes and deliver internal training.

Required profile

• Master’s degree specializing in taxation.
• At least 10 years of experience in a law firm, accounting firm or international corporation.
• Proven ability to handle complex tax issues and understand deferred tax mechanisms.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive with strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Curious, team‑player attitude and desire to grow in an international environment.
