Talent Acquisition Internship

About the role

You will own Sonio’s internship programme from start to finish, overseeing roughly 15 hires per year with a €150k budget. Working across all functions, you will gain deep insight into how an AI‑driven medical software company operates while supporting the recruitment pipeline and day‑to‑day office activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with each department head to identify internship hiring needs and plan placements.
• Create and manage job postings, outreach campaigns, and candidate recommendations.
• Lead the full hiring process in partnership with hiring managers, from screening to offer.
• Track and report on metrics, budget utilisation, and overall impact of the internship programme.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, improve internal tools, and assist with local office management as needed.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in Sonio’s mission to improve prenatal care through AI.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
• Fluent in English and French.
