Service Training Manager – Lyon, France

About the role

The Service Training Manager will lead both online and offline training programmes for customers using aerial work machinery. The role ensures that training is delivered in the target language, on schedule, and meets high satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online and practical offline training sessions in the designated language.
• Develop, translate, and proofread courseware for the target language.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, collect trainee feedback, and continuously improve satisfaction.
• Establish and manage training sites and facilities.
• Compile fault cases and enhance fault‑case courseware.
• Gather client training needs in target countries and create training schedules and program plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in after‑sales service and maintenance of aerial work machinery.
• Preferable experience in product training for aerial work machinery.
• Fluent oral and written proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian) and functional English for daily work.
• Willingness to travel frequently and respond quickly to customer needs.
