Senior Regulatory Officer

About the role

As a Senior Regulatory Officer you will support Swan’s Compliance Framework by handling regulatory topics related to banking activities, ensuring that business initiatives and product developments comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Swan’s teams on all banking regulatory matters.
• Support the Legal team in drafting and improving partnership, supplier agreements and user terms.
• Collaborate with Risk and Product teams to review new products and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring (excluding AML/CTF) and assess impact on Swan’s activities.
• Perform compliance checks on existing products and help improve internal documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with legal, risk, product and other cross‑functional teams.
• Eagerness to develop expertise in banking regulation.
