Senior Product Designer – Remote Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer with strong B2B product design experience to help elevate and maintain an excellent user experience for our accountants and businesses. Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and user research sessions, conduct data analysis and user interviews, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality design deliverables (low‑to‑high fidelity prototypes) in line with the design system while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
• Mentor junior product designers, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and participate in recruitment.
• Stay updated on UX/UI best practices, benchmark the ecosystem and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Ability to understand problems and empathise with users through research and data analysis, turning results into actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders, aligning on goals and iterating designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge within and beyond the team.
• Fluency in French and English, able to conduct user interviews in French.
