Senior Geophysicist – Exploration

About the role

Lithosquare is accelerating mineral exploration through AI, geological expertise, and real‑world data. As a Senior Geophysicist, you will work at the intersection of mining geophysics, exploration geology, and AI innovation, driving both technical advances and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Improve ingestion, processing, and interpretation of geophysical data within Lithosquare’s AI platform.
• Design, plan, and manage geophysical field campaigns for exploration projects.
• Lead data interpretation across active mineral exploration targets.
• Develop and test new interpretive approaches beyond conventional workflows.
• Collaborate with geology, data science, and engineering teams to enhance AI‑powered exploration tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advances in mining geophysics and integrate relevant innovations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in mining or mineral exploration geophysics.
• Deep expertise in at least two geophysical methods (e.g., seismic, EM, gravity).
• Proven track record designing and managing field campaigns.
• Innovative mindset with ability to question and improve standard methods.
• Strong team player comfortable in cross‑disciplinary environments.
• Passion for the energy transition and solving real‑world challenges.
