We are looking for a senior Construction Site Manager (Gros Œuvre) to join a well‑known company in Agen that prides itself on technical projects and a healthy work environment. Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the execution of structural (gros œuvre) works on site.
- Coordinate daily activities of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a site manager in structural construction.
- Strong knowledge of French construction standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Leadership skills to manage on‑site teams.
