Sales Support Analyst – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join the International Sales Group (RX ISG) in Puteaux, near Paris, as a Sales Support Analyst on a one‑year contract. You will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and web forms, delivering professional follow‑up.
• Process quotations, contracts, and invoices under the direction of the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and system entries in GBS.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement using sales materials.
• Coordinate with the RXPH Customer Service team to enhance digital engagement and follow up on payments before events.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order and data processing.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organised, deadline‑driven, and able to support team objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., GBS or similar).
