RTW Intern Designer (F/M)

About the role

ANINE BING is looking for an RTW Intern Designer (F/M) to join its PAP Studio team at its Paris headquarters, just off the Champs-Élysées. This is an in-person internship of at least 6 months, reporting to the Head of Design with a dotted line to the Senior Designer. The intern helps coordinate the studio and support collection development.

Key responsibilities

• Studio coordination and collection support: produce technical drawings on Illustrator, update and maintain technical files (tech packs), and keep collection boards, moodboards and working boards up to date.
• Design execution: colour and finish sketches, build collection boards, produce presentation mock-ups and supports, and develop digital colour ranges.
• Research: iconographic research on styles, finishes, materials and details, and visual references for collection direction.
• File management: organise and maintain collection files and digital archives.
• Fittings and prototypes: assist at proto fittings, style-outs and shopping sessions, take photos and update drawings and annotations after each fitting.
• Track modifications to styles during development, archive fitting photos and information, and help prepare fittings (silhouettes, looks, accessories, visual supports).
• Prepare documents and boards for collection presentations and meetings, maintain creative and trend watch, and support day-to-day studio organisation.

Required profile

• Final-year student at a fashion design school, available for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Fluent English; professional French is a plus for the Paris team.
• Organised, proactive and able to work across parallel priorities in a performance-driven environment.
• Curious about AI and emerging ways of working, using new tools to free up creative thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, including technical drawing execution (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in following technical and creative briefs.
