About the role
Veolia Recyclage et Valorisation in the Grand-Est region is looking for a Responsable d'Exploitation (F/H) to join its Rosheim agency. Reporting to the Business Services Directorate, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the centre.
Key responsibilities
- Operational steering of the recycling and valorisation centre.
- Managing and motivating the centre teams to achieve production targets.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinating with internal services to optimise processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operational management.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Good understanding of recycling or industrial processes.
