Responsable de division études et essais FEU (F/H)

About the role

The position leads the fire studies and testing division within a research institute that brings together more than 1,000 experts. You will help anticipate the buildings and cities of tomorrow, contributing to safer environments and improved quality of life for users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee fire testing programmes and research projects.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with national and international fire safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and regulatory bodies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in testing methods.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent in fire safety, construction or related field.
• Proven experience in fire testing, research or consultancy.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of fire testing standards and regulations.
• Experience with fire test equipment and data analysis.
• Ability to develop test protocols and interpret results.
