About the role
The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for structuring and piloting the technical assistance activity of our client in the Île‑de‑France region. The position is part of a growth strategy that follows a recent audit and aims to strengthen the delivery of digital services. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with operational teams to ensure the unit meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the structure of the technical assistance activity in Île‑de‑France.
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the business unit, monitoring performance and quality.
- Translate the findings of the recent audit into actionable growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align service delivery with business objectives.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in structuring and piloting technical assistance or similar service activities.
- Familiarity with the digital services market in the Île‑de‑France region.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
