Residence Manager

About the role

The Residence Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Campus des Sciences student residence in Labège, which comprises 402 apartments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day functioning, high‑quality tenant service, and a harmonious living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Market vacant units and manage the turnover process throughout the year.
• Develop and maintain relationships with nearby student institutions and participate in their open‑day events.
• Process tenant applications and ensure accurate information on marketing platforms.
• Provide weekly commercial reports on occupancy rates and contribute to annual pricing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Welcome residents and their visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous reception.
• Organise and animate resident events and activities.
• Monitor local amenities and keep residents informed of nearby services.
