Regional Director – Southern Europe

About the role

Samba, a leading media intelligence company, is seeking an experienced Regional Director for Southern Europe. Based in Paris and working remotely, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the region’s largest agency holding companies and advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with senior leaders of holding companies, media agencies and advertisers in Southern Europe.
• Develop and execute regional GTM strategies, agency account plans and enterprise‑level data agreements.
• Achieve and exceed data‑revenue targets through consultative selling, complex negotiations and accurate forecasting.
• Lead business reviews, provide client education and enablement, and maintain a high volume of in‑person and virtual client engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on market positioning and product messaging.

Required profile

• Proven track record of revenue generation in data, programmatic advertising or digital media sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior agency and brand stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
