Project Manager – SaaS Contact Centre Solutions

About the role

Diabolocom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of its AI‑first, cloud‑based contact centre platform for strategic clients in Paris. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, from solution design through go‑live and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle (scoping, configuration, integration, testing, go‑live, optimisation) for SaaS contact‑centre solutions.
• Define milestones, monitor risks, and ensure quality and timeline commitments.
• Handle telecom-specific tasks such as number allocation, portability and compliance with ARCEP regulations.
• Lead steering committees, maintain strategic client relationships, and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical and Customer Operations teams to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and share best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Hands‑on experience managing direct client relationships and complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of contact‑centre environments, AI features and telecom regulations.
