About the role

The Pricing Strategy Manager will translate regional value‑creation strategies into concrete commercial impact for the French market. Working as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams, you will shape revenue growth, margin performance and long‑term competitiveness through pricing, promotions and trade‑investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Deploy the regional SRM strategy in France, setting priorities across pricing, promotions, product mix and trade investments.
  • Analyse internal sales data and external market intelligence (e.g., GfK) to uncover growth and margin opportunities.
  • Define and optimise promotional investment allocation, ensuring strong ROI and performance tracking.
  • Allocate and monitor trade‑terms investments, guiding sales teams on where to invest for maximum value.
  • Integrate SRM principles into S&OP and annual planning cycles for disciplined execution.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, challenging commercial plans and driving continuous optimisation.
  • Anticipate pricing‑related risks and opportunities, managing escalations when required.
  • Contribute to the European SRM community by sharing best practices.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand.
  • Hands‑on experience in SRM or Revenue Management with a solid understanding of pricing, promotions and trade‑investment levers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive topics end‑to‑end and influence stakeholders across local and regional environments.
  • Comfortable operating in cross‑functional settings and building alignment with Sales and Finance teams.
