Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

About the role

Blockchain is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to drive its mobile user acquisition strategy. The role focuses on data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization, and requires technical analytics skills and deep operational knowledge of major advertising platforms. It is based in the Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels
• Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets
• Act as the expert user for the Mobile Measurement Partner, AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution
• Manage the creative process by briefing design and creative teams and generating and validating ad copy and video scripts
• Use AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization and performance analysis
• Apply knowledge of mobile ad fraud (click injection, SDK spoofing) and prevention tools
• Self-serve data using SQL, Looker or Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams

Required profile

• 5+ years in Performance or Growth Marketing, focused on mobile app growth (UA)
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k
• Fluent professional and technical English
• Experience in crypto, fintech or gaming

Required skills

• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer
• Hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, ASA and TikTok campaigns
• SQL, Looker or Tableau

• Familiarity with marketing products in the cryptocurrency space
