Opérateur de fabrication – composites

About the role

The Fabrication Operator will produce and integrate composite parts and sub‑assemblies that become key components of larger aerospace structures. Working in a high‑tech environment, you will apply manual and automated techniques to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality composite elements.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, shape and prepare composite raw materials according to technical instructions.
• Install inserts, perform riveting and carry out molding operations as required.
• Assemble sub‑components into finished composite parts ready for final assembly.
• Conduct first‑level quality checks and report any non‑conformities.
• Maintain tools, machines and work documentation (technical instructions, work orders, work cards).

Required profile

• Professional experience in composite manufacturing or a related industrial production field.
• Ability to follow detailed technical documentation and safety procedures.
• Commitment to quality, integrity and compliance with company standards.
