Netherlands Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring Dutch internet culture into its Paris office and grow Bump to #1 on the App Store in the Netherlands. The role owns the Dutch market, leads content and creator efforts, tests ideas quickly and works closely with paid marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Dutch market and lead all content and creator efforts for it
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Dutch creators and run influencer campaigns with top Dutch creators and micro-influencers
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong content
• Jump on trends early and collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams
• Support launches, events and Netherlands-focused activations

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator); experience making content for ads, especially UGC
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Dutch creator landscape
• Dutch and English fluency, and experience living in the Netherlands
• Willingness to work in person in Paris
