About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Medical Coordinator (0.4 FTE) to join the Los Aïnats EHPAD in Caunes‑Minervois. The position offers a warm, family‑like atmosphere where each resident receives personalized accompaniment. The role is based on‑site and provides an opportunity to contribute to the health and well‑being of elderly residents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the medical care provided within the nursing home.
• Ensure that health services are aligned with the personalized needs of residents.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a high quality of care.
• Organize medical documentation and support the implementation of care plans.
• Monitor compliance with health regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree with the right to practice in France.
• Experience in elderly or nursing‑home care is preferred.
• Ability to work part‑time (0.4 FTE) and adapt to a close‑knit team environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
