Legal & Compliance Ops

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Legal & Compliance Operations professional to make regulated work seamless and integrated with product development. You will join the Corporate team that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security, helping the company scale its processes across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance processes and tooling that scale with Alan’s growth.
• Identify painful manual workflows, redesign them for speed and reliability, and continuously improve after launch.
• Create clear pathways for regulatory requests, assigning ownership and automating recurring tasks.
• Anticipate future bottlenecks and develop solutions that keep the company both compliant and fast.
• Define measurable goals for each shipped solution and track performance against them.

Required profile

• Strong background in legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance or security.
• Experience building processes and tools in fast‑growing, regulated environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and business teams.
• Comfort with mentorship and a desire to expand scope across topics and countries.
