Key Account Manager – Public Sector

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a senior Key Account Manager to grow its public‑sector portfolio. You will own strategic accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive adoption of Alan’s health‑partner solution across ministries and other public entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public‑sector accounts and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify client needs, propose solutions, and help customers achieve their health‑prevention goals.
• Proactively detect signs of dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Lead onboarding processes and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to boost employee and admin adoption.
• Prepare and present consumption reports and business reviews.
• Design and execute innovative initiatives to deepen engagement.
• Renegotiate contracts to balance value for customers with sustainable profitability.
• Act as the voice of customers in product discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer‑facing roles with frequent C‑level interactions.
• Proven ability to work with large organisations, preferably in the public sector.
• Full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Advanced English communication skills.
