Key Account Manager

About the role

Alan is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead its public‑sector portfolio in France. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing strategic relationships with ministries and other public entities, ensuring they adopt Alan’s prevention‑focused health insurance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of public‑sector key accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and drive adoption.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning.
• Monitor usage, prepare consumption reports and conduct business reviews.
• Identify early signs of dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate contract terms that balance customer value and company profitability.
• Represent customer feedback in product discussions and contribute to service evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with frequent C‑level interactions.
• Proven ability to work with large organisations, preferably in the public sector.
• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
