Investment Associate – Technology (Paris)

About the role

Asset Partners is seeking an Investment Associate to join its technology‑focused investment team in Paris. You will work closely with senior professionals across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing innovative tech businesses to executing and monitoring deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and source new technology investment ideas.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and company evaluations.
• Screen and review potential investment opportunities.
• Support due‑diligence processes, including commercial, financial and operational analysis.
• Assist in transaction execution, deal structuring and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Build relationships with founders, management teams, advisors and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to investment theses and sector‑focused research initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, growth equity or private equity.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation‑driven businesses.
• Proven experience in M&A, transaction execution and/or due‑diligence.
• Excellent analytical, commercial judgement and critical assessment abilities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Outstanding academic background from a leading university.
• Fluency in French; additional European languages are a plus.
