Integration Domain Lead – Senior Consultant (Paris)

About the role

The Integration Domain Lead (Senior Consultant) will manage the integration work stream for eCommerce and PSP initiatives across Europe. The role focuses on modernising data flows with business partners through APIs, EAI and middleware solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between digital, retail, finance and supply‑chain systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with source‑system IT leads and business users to capture integration requirements and assess system and business impact.
• Partner with development teams to refine plans, drive implementation from development to deployment, and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead integration architecture discussions, recommend patterns, and enforce best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for adopting innovative integration approaches.
• Maintain continuous communication and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate and present solutions effectively to senior business and technical audiences.

Required profile

• Extensive IT experience with strong knowledge of application design, integration architecture and enterprise application integration.
• Proven ability to work across cross‑tower teams and manage complex vendor delivery organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated professional capable of driving integration management processes.
