About the role

Join Gan Prévoyance as an Insurance Sales Representative and help protect individuals and families while building a rewarding career. You will work in a dynamic environment that values your potential and offers a meaningful professional project.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients for personal and group insurance solutions.
Present, explain and tailor insurance products to meet customer needs.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Prepare quotes, handle paperwork and follow up on applications.

Required profile

Strong motivation and a customer‑focused attitude.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
