About the role

As part of Hellowork's growth strategy, we are looking for a passionate Industrial Methods Engineer to drive process optimization and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will join a dedicated team working on high‑value projects that enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized work methods, tooling, and equipment layouts.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Lead pilot runs, collect data, and validate the effectiveness of new methods.
• Maintain documentation such as process sheets, work instructions, and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple improvement projects.

Required skills

• Process mapping and value‑stream analysis.
• Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, SMED).
• Use of CAD/CAM tools for layout design.
• Data collection and basic statistical analysis.
